Can't see Cthulhu logic pro x midi FX

I need help, maybe I'm doing something wrong but I can't see Cthulhu logic pro x midi FX.

I don't see you registered for Cthulhu. Are you using the demo?
You need to restart Logic if you haven't.

I can't see it either. I've restarted and re installed. Any word on this?

I'm assuming this is High Sierra? If so, you need to restart the machine, just Logic is not enough.
