So, I am LOVING Serum….its an absolute BEAST!! But I am stunned about the lack of one simple thing. A way to automate the pitch wheel! I mean…..you can automate the mod wheel, and of course you can automate the coarse pitch in each osc……but WHY not the pitch wheel? Am I missing something? :(
MIDI pitch bend controls the pitch bender. If you want to record mouse gesture of pitch, you could link a macro to Master Tuning if you want.
Also I did add pitch bend as an automation parameter, so make sure you're using a recent version (e.g. make sure BUILD on the global tab says 1.06x).
Lastly this forum is for pre-sales questions so I prefer you use the Serum forum for support as many answers are there already.

Okay - I am officially retarded Steve….I had version 1.0 (the demo) loaded when I created the snapshot in FL. I got it working now…..since this is the pre-sales forum….ill use my "in the wrong section" post to tell EVERYONE this is a MUST HAVE synth. I am still blown away by its power and its simple learning curve. its awesome
Hi Steve - I'm trying to automate pitch bend with an LFO but can't find the parameter as a Destination in the matrix view; drag&drop on the pitch bend wheel also does not work. Did I miss anything or is there a different way to get the result?
I'm using Ableton and the latest Serum version
