Hi there. I recently purchased Serum from JRRShop.com and they issued me a license for Serum but didn't provide a download link to the product. What do I need to do in order to get the product added to my Xfer Records account so I can download the full version?
Just a quick update for anyone with the same issue. The code you get from JRRShop.com isn't the actual license number. You need to go to the following link:and paste the code provided by JRRShop.com after logging into your Xfer Records account.
To Xfer Records, I checked the FAQ and didn't see this link listed there. You should probably add it as I couldn't find any mention of it on your site.
Sorry for the hassle, the reseller should have provided clearer instructions, they must have omitted the important part.
That's alright! I'm just glad that I was able to get Serum registered. As you mentioned, they didn't have further instructions in the email after I purchased the license. I think they should probably put the link to register the code on the Serum product page on their store if they can't incorporate a message into the automated email generated when you purchase a product.
